Welcome to Paws N' Jars[1]. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use[2]. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the Game immediately. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Game. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

1. LICENSE

The Game is licensed, not sold, to you. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes for an indefinite term. The license may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of the developers.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or decompile the Game.
  • Distribute or sublicense the Game.
  • Use any part of the Game’s content in other projects, products, or media without written permission.
  • Create any derivative works based on the Game.
  • Use the Game for any illegal purposes.

3. OWNERSHIP

All rights, titles, and interests in the Game, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by the developers of Paws N' Jars or their licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

4. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS

The Game includes materials licensed from third parties. For details about these materials, their licensing, and attributions, see the README.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of the Game and Frogshut LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, including but not limited to:

  • service interruptions;
  • data loss;
  • device damage;
  • technical malfunctions;
  • issues with third-party platforms or services, including Apple App Store purchases and payment processing;
  • internet connectivity problems.

You agree to use the Game at your own risk.

7. IN-APP PURCHASES

The application offers in-app purchases via the Apple App Store. These purchases may include:

  • Non-consumable digital goods (e.g., skins, buildings), which can be restored upon reinstallation or recovery.
  • Consumable items (e.g., in-game currency, tickets), which are used upon activation and cannot be refunded.

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Activation of purchased items occurs immediately after a successful transaction.

Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. The Company does not manage or guarantee any refunds outside of the App Store system.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kyrgyz Republic. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kyrgyz Republic.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

The developers reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Game.
